INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE! I was working on a gift for my coworker (and her husband) moving from Nebraska to South Carolina and was in a bit of a time crunch. Not only were the sellers messaging me right before vacation, they even MADE the board AND SHIPPED IT to me BEFORE their vacation so I’d get it on time. It arrived and was absolutely gorgeous! 10/10.
