How it Works

1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we start crafting your board immediately. You will receive an email from us to confirm the details.
2. Design Mock-up (Optional): If you requested a mock-up, we will send it for your review within 1–2 days.
3. Quality Check & Photo: Once your board is finished, we will email you a photo of the actual piece to ensure it meets your expectations before it leaves our shop.
4. Delivery: After your approval, we carefully wrap and ship your purchase.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery distance.

While we usually ship faster than our 8-day window, we know some gifts are time-sensitive. If you need your board by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.
